If the problem is isolated (a few slipped tiles, one bit of cracked flashing, a valley that never quite worked) then a repair is almost always the right call. If you're getting leaks in different places every year, or the timbers underneath are showing signs of failure, a re-roof usually works out better long term.

Will you photograph the work for me?
Yes, always. You get before and after photos as part of every repair. Useful for your records, and for any insurance claim if that applies.
How quickly can you come out?
