What started as a damp investigation became a full re-roof in German crest tiles, with Storm Dry waterproofing on the brickwork, new ResTech box gutters and a larger Velux window. Planned around what the client needed.
Damp indoors, perished felt above.
The client called with damp issues inside the house. Our first job was investigation, not quotation. Up into the loft, we found the old bitumen felt perished around the eaves, which explained the water ingress.
Rather than hand over a template quote, we talked the client through what we found and what their options were, then built a plan together that fitted their situation.
