The bungalow had an existing loft conversion with the original roof reaching end of life. The owner wanted a full renewal brought up to current Building Regulations without having to move out of the house for the duration.
Albion worked entirely from the outside. The only ask of the household was mains power. Everything from scaffolding to insulation to flat-roof work was handled in-house by our team.

What the job included.
- Full strip of the existing roof, including old felt and battens
- New breathable underlay and treated battens
- 100mm Celotex cut between the rafters, foam-sealed at every joint
- 25mm air gap maintained, with vents at the eaves and the ridge for Building Regs compliance
- Turret flat roof and dormer flat roof renewed in modern membrane
- New cladding to the dormer cheeks
- All new fascia, soffit and guttering
- Entire job done externally, with only mains power needed from the household
